A major aim of CASHflow is to free up your time to deal with clients that are either less capable of self advocacy, or whose debt problems are not easily addressed through the self-help route (particularly if you offer advice in a face-to-face setting).

Once registered to use CASHflow, your advice agency will have access to an on-line portal with a CASHflow statement which your clients can be invited to complete in their own time, prior to getting it signed off with their adviser. Each statement has a unique code, and once it has been signed off, it will appear with the CASHflow logo. This provides creditors with the reassurance that your client has gone through a recognised money advice process.

The on-line portal also provides practical resources for both your advice agency and your clients.
